• Delivery within 3–7 working days depending on your location.

All shipments are packed in fragile-safe packaging to minimize the risk of breakage.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

• Eligible Cases: Damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at hellobombay365@gmail.com.
• A clear image & mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.
• Replacements or refunds will be initiated after verification and inspection of the claim.

Refund Policy
